All prices subject to change without notice. A Non-Refundable $50.00 (plus $2 paypal fee) is required  when schedule is set - up to one reschedule permitted per package. Events, Engagement and Wedding package deposits TBD. If cancellation occurs for any reason other than weather, the remaining fees are due at the time of the reschedule.  Rescheduled sessions must be booked and held within 30 days of the original session.  After 30 days, if not held it will be considered a cancellation and a new deposit will be required.  Copyright release provided with all CD's.  Accepting Cash, Check, & PayPal.

Newborn

Newborn Sessions must be scheduled in advance of your little one’s arrival to reserve the most ideal session date!

Sessions are held between birth and 3 weeks of age only; and limited to Saturdays/Sundays only.

Additional Fees: For venues which require an entrance fee (i.e. Dallas/Ft Worth Zoo, Dallas Arboretum, etc.) the client is responsible for their own entrance fee and a $25 surcharge will be added to the total price of the session to cover the photographer's fee.

Portrait Sessions Include:

Session & Sitting Fee, Processing & Equpiment Fees, Travel-Time-Talent of the Photographer.

An unlimited number of images will be taken during your session, and you will view anywhere from 20-40 digital images from which to choose showing a variety of scenes, poses, and backgrounds. (Please note that the remaining images not chosen are not available and will be purged.)

Your digital image CD is included at no extra cost. At this time, IcyLee Photography is not offering prints, and recommends using a quality printer such as MPIX.com, or local vendors Arlington Camera, or any Wolf/Ritz camera.

There are no substitutions and all sales are final.

Payment:

$50.00 non-refundable deposit due at time of scheduling your session.  Remaining payment due in full at the time of the session - including any additional fees.

Accepting Cash, Checks, PayPal, SquareUp as method of payment.

There is a $25.00 additional charge for returned checks.

All Prices include image editing and picture CD for unlimited printing with limited print copyright release.

Rescheduling:

If weather is the cause of the reschedule, there is no charge to the client.

In the event you need to cancel/reschedule your session for any reason other than weather, the remaining session fees will be required at the time of the rescheduling to hold the next session date/time.  Please note that rescheduling is based on availability, and requested dates cannot be guaranteed.

Terms and Conditions:

Pricing may be adjusted as necessary and any additional fees (location/professional fees) are at the discretion of the photographer and may be quoted on an individual basis. Photographers digital images should not be used for advertising or reproduction unless express permission is granted to do so. Original photos/digital files are the property of the photographer and may be used for portfolio/website display. Once purchased, all sessions are final. There are no substitutions or refunds apply.
